    Plans, selections, and a line-item estimate. You see where every dollar goes, in writing.

    Preconstruction

    Permits, engineering, and scheduling locked in. Surprises get solved on paper, not on site.

    Build

    One superintendent, one schedule, weekly updates. The measured part, executed by the same crew every time.

    Walkthrough

    A punch-list you help write. Nothing is “done” until it passes your eyes, not just ours.

We build for the climate we're in: limestone and masonry that hold the heat, blackened steel that takes the sun, cedar and hardwood detailed to last decades, not seasons. The warmth of a SmartBuild project comes from the materials and the light, not from a coat of paint over shortcuts.
